The Changshu World Union College project is located in the Southern New Town Development Zone of Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, with a total construction area of 72,000 square meters. It consists of many units such as the training center, administrative center & drama center, reception center, and foreign teacher apartments. As the first World Union branch in mainland China, Changshu World Union College is located on the banks of the scenic Kuncheng Lake and is surrounded by the lake on three sides. The campus buildings include the entrance Baijiatan, administrative center, swimming pool gymnasium, theater, library restaurant, training building, laboratory building, student apartment, foreign teacher apartment, and Chinese Academy of Chinese Studies. In the design, whether in terms of planning, architecture, natural environment, landscape planning or even plane functional layout, every detail reflects the style of UWC and its principles of mutual respect, equality, and contribution to promoting world peace, and carefully builds an iconic Chinese UWC.
